Merchant Hero Agency is the digital marketing division of Merchant Hero LLC. This policy applies to merchantheroagency.com and the forms, booking calendar, calculators, assessments, and visibility tools available through it.
Information you choose to provide
Our contact form may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, the help you request, and your communication consent choices. The booking calendar may collect contact details, appointment selections, notes, and scheduling information. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card data, health information, or other sensitive personal information through these general inquiry tools. Our cancellation request tool prepares an email using the contact and business details you enter, your optional reason and notes, and your acknowledgement of the service end date. The request is sent through your email app only when you choose to send it.
Website and tool information
Hosting and embedded-service providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring page, timestamps, and security logs. Campaign parameters and the first page visited may be kept in session storage. The website assessment saves progress in your browser. We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule calls, provide requested assessments, operate and secure the website, understand where inquiries came from, maintain records of consent, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or mobile opt-in information. We do not share mobile opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing.

Our embedded forms and calendar are provided through our scheduling and messaging service providers. If you become a client and choose a listings service, approved business information may be provided to our listings service providers and participating publishers as described in your service agreement. Providers process information under their own terms and our instructions where applicable.

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, service relationship, consent records, security, and legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it when appropriate.
